RULES & REGULATIONS:

* No experience necessary!
​
* Application, forms, and all fees must be received by the pageant office by deadline.
​
* Contestant divisions will be based on age as of June 1, 2022. Contestants can bump up a division with permission from the pageant office.

​
* Parents and contestants are to conduct themselves with good sportsmanship. 


* Poor sportsmanship by contestants, parents or guests will not be tolerated.

​
* Please do not approach Judges at any time.

​
* Contestants must compete in all required competitions.
​
* All Fees must be paid to be eligible to compete and win
​
* The required competitions for each Miss Elite Image of America contestant are Evening Gown, Elite Image's Casual Wear, and Interview.
​
* Only Miss Supreme Elite Image of America contestants will be eligible to win the 4-day cruise.
* To qualify for the Miss Supreme Elite Image of America title, you must compete in Evening Gown, Elite Image's Casual Wear, Interview and 1 of the following: Fashion Model or Talent.
* If a contestant enters both Top Fashion Model and Talent, then her highest score out of the two contests will be used to calculate her overall score for the Miss Supreme Elite Image of America title qualification.
* If you qualify for the Supreme Elite Image title and do not win, then you will be placed back into the running for the Miss Elite Image of America title and Miss Mistletoe Spectacular for your age division.

* The required competitions for the Miss Mistletoe Spectacular contestants are Christmas Wear and Evening Gown.
​
* If there is a tie after the judge's ballots are tabulated, the contestant will be asked a final on-stage question to break the tie. The on-stage question will be provided in the pageant handbook.
​

* Entering optional contests provides contestants with an additional opportunity to win prizes, but the results of these contests have no bearing on the scoring for the Miss Elite Image of America, Miss Supreme Elite Image of America, or Miss Mistletoe Spectacular title.
​
* All of the Miss Elite Image of America Queens are required to sign a contract. Failure to do so will result in loss of prizes and title.
​
* Miss Elite Image of America and its affiliates are not responsible for airfare / travel documents for the Miss Supreme Elite Image of America winner.
​
* Contestants will not hold Miss Elite Image of America, Miss Mistletoe Spectacular, or its affiliates responsible for any travel fee or hotel accommodations to compete at our pageant
* Contestants are required to report to their assigned meeting area before every competition on time. Failure to do so may result in point deductions.
* Age-appropriate make-up and hair pieces are allowed in every division.
* If a winner fails to complete her duties and responsibilities as a Miss Elite Image of America Queen or as the Miss Supreme Elite Image of America Queen, then the runner-up will assume her title and all prizes must be returned to pageant officials.

* If you are crowned Miss Supreme Elite Image of America, then you will become a Lifetime Elite Image of America Queen. A Lifetime Elite Image of America Queen is unable to compete in any future Miss Elite Image of America Pageants. However, Lifetime Elite Image of America Queens may compete in future Miss Mistletoe Spectacular Pageants.
* Scores are final.

* Scores will be available for purchase immediately following the pageant finale.
​
How scores will be tabulated:
Every contestant will qualify to compete for the Miss Mistletoe Spectacular title.
​
If you qualify to compete for the Miss Elite Image of America and Miss Mistletoe Spectacular titles, your Casual/Christmas Wear score will be combined with your Evening Gown and interview scores to decide the Miss Elite Image of America winner.
If you do not win the Supreme Elite Image of America or Miss Elite Image of America title for your age division, we will only use your Casual/Christmas Wear score combined with your Evening Gown score for the Miss Mistletoe Spectacular tabulations.

If every contestant in an age division qualifies for both the Miss Elite Image of America title and the Miss Mistletoe Spectacular Pageant, the contestant with the highest score will be crowned Miss Elite Image of America. Miss Mistletoe Spectacular will be awarded to the contestant with the second highest score.
​
The Miss Supreme Elite Image of America title will be given to the contestant who has competed in all required competitions for the Supreme title and achieved the greatest overall score.
